We ensure that our prospective new home sales candidates have what it takes to be a successful new home sales professional. Our simulator uses role playing that covers every aspect of the sales cycle to evaluate sales skills, intelligence, personality, understanding of real estate, and will gauge our candidates working knowledge of Gen Y.
