Our goal is to provide you the most experience, training, and exposure to key decision makers through temporary assignments with our industry leaders.

Which companies do you work for?

We have partnered with nearly all the industry leaders in each of the territories we serve.
Our clientele speaks for itself.

Although we cannot guarantee hours, we regularly have temporary assignments that vary from 4 to 40 hours per week. Some assignments are one-time, lasting a day or two, while others are ongoing and can last for weeks or months.

What if I am not interested in a certain assignment when it is offered? Is it all right to turn it down?

Not every assignment is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in an assignment, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer assignments to you based on your skills and preferences.

We realize that not every job is a good fit for you – sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find that it is not going to work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay on that assignment while we find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our associates, and they can expect the same from all of us at Smart Staffing Solutions.

Yes, if you are going to be temping as a new home sales agent for our builder clients in CA, AZ, NV and FL, you must hang your license with Smart Staffing Solutions while doing so.
