Louie Norwood launched Temps Plus in 1996 after working for a sales director for some of the nation’s largest home builders for more than a decade. Drawing on his extensive background in new home sales and sales training experience, Louie developed key associate training programs, which have set Temps Plus and Smart Staffing Solutions, a Division of Temps Plus, apart from the competition.
As Founder, CEO and President, Louie creates and oversees the ongoing development and future direction of the company to align with the constantly changing needs of its home builder clients. He understands the needs of his clients, the career aspirations of his employees and is committed to training the very best candidates.

Louie has received numerous awards through the building industry including Associate of the Year, Sales Manager of the Year and is a recent honoree of the prestigious Hall of Fame award.
Louie is an active member of several building industry associations as both a member and on the Boards of Directors for both the Inland Empire and Desert Sales and Marketing Councils of Southern California. He is also a member of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.
