Leasing Consultant Responsibilities
• Greet and tour prospective residents
• Assist with leasing applications and renewals
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents
• Accept work orders and support resident needs
• Maintain a professional office and community appearance
Entry‑Level Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities
(Training provided — perfect for advancement‑minded candidates)
• Support the Property Manager with daily office operations
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident communications
• Help with rent collections, deposits, and basic reporting
• Learn compliance standards, Fair Housing guidelines, and company policies
• Step in to assist with office coverage and resident concerns as needed
• Gain hands‑on experience to prepare for future Property Manager roles
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Weekend availability (required in Orlando’s active rental market)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Leasing experience preferred but not required for entry‑level Assistant Managers
• Experience with property management software a plus
(Yardi, AppFolio, Onsite, Entrata, etc.)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Accurate typing and basic computer skills
